Complete and submit a registration form to create a reservation request. Once your registration form is received we will determine if we can accommodate your request or contact you if adjustments need to be made. You will then be sent a confirmation email with the trip details and meeting location along with an invoice for payment. Payment must be completed to secure your reservation. If you choose to pay on arrival be sure to call an hour ahead of your trip start time to confirm you are coming and check that the boats you requested are still available. Walk-ins are welcome but it is always best to register or call ahead since we are often busy running shuttles or guiding trips and boat availability may be limited.
We add trips to our Paddle Calendar as they are requested on a first come, first serve basis. If you don’t see the trip you would like on our calendar you can register for the one you are interested in and we will add it to our calendar as long as our schedule permits. The further ahead you register the more options you have in trips and start time.

It is important to arrive on time for your trip. Plan to arrive 15 min. before your trip start time. Due to our small staff and tight schedules we usually can not wait for late arrivals. If you are going to be late please call and we will do our best to accommodate you if possible.
Being prepared for the expected and unexpected will make your trip more enjoyable and relieve your concerns about your paddle. Please visit the Trip Preparation page and read through the guidlines we have outlined for you to be well prepared.
Trip availability always depends on the river levels. Sometimes river levels can be too high after a heavy rain to paddle safely or too low to negotiate rocky stretches of the river. Outdoor activities are always subject to changes in weather. If there is just a light rain or passing shower we can go ahead with the trip. In case of storms with heavy rains and/or lightning we will cancel the trip and notify you as far ahead as possible.
Should you cancel a reservation for any guided trip, course, boat rental, platform rental or shuttle trip at least 7 days in advance you can receive a full refund less a 10 percent administration fee or receive a full credit toward a future event, to be used within one year. Cancellations made 6 to 3 days prior to the event start date, will receive a full credit toward a future event, to be used within one year. Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to departure, or “no shows,” will receive no refund or credit. If we cancel a trip due to weather or unforeseen circumstances we will try to reschedule the trip for you. If rescheduling is not possible we can keep a credit on file or send you a full refund.
