Meditation & Mindfulness Paddle

Find peace and serenity that exists around and within us while paddling on the Haw River.  Meditation increases focus, calmness, patience, consciousness and clarity.  It does not have to be about sitting for hours in an uncomfortable position.  It can be a relaxing paddle and immersion in Nature.  Being in Nature and on the river helps to develop an awareness that is hard to find indoors.

No meditation and/or paddling experience is necessary for this guided trip.  You just need to be open to the sounds, sights and smells all around you while doing your best to calm the thoughts racing through your mind.

Fee:  $40.00 per person with the canoe/kayak provided.
